Walking for Cardiovascular Health

I've started back my walking. I'm starting to get lose skin and I know that this will help tone up my thighs as I continue to lose body fat. I lose about 2 pounds per week. Not fast because this has to be a life style change for me and not a diet. I've lost as of Saturday 18 inches of body fat. I am very happy about that but with starting my walking now, I know I will lose more inches. I'm LEARNING that my health is very important to me and that there is no time to be playing with my health. I'm very glad to be on the right track. I eat more wisely and I feel better in the process. One hour at a time Lord Jesus.
