21 day fix

First 2 weeks of the fix are gone and boy was it a ride!
Firstly i thought that i dnt need the diet. I can lose weight by just doing the exercise but now looking back i am so glad that i followed the diet(more or less). Ok! Not entirely but i would say 90% of the time i stayed in my limits. Lost 5lbs! I know its not much compared to others results; 7to 8 lbs a week?
Im more than happy with my numbers. I lost all the weight that wasnt budging after having baby number two. Now all i have to do is lose 8 more lbs and im golden.
Im ready for the last week of the fix and i wont stop till the scale hits my goal.
Lets do this!!
