The second week of focused action is coming to an end.
To focus means that I have my five areas of action as the guidelines for what I do and what I skip. And it means, that I don't waste time with inefficient things and thoughts. This is sometimes hard as I can very clearly see, that there has to happen "something" or it will end in a serious financial disaster. I have to take care that I don't panic.
What helps is to write a daily action plan. It is not necessary to cross off everything from that list, but to have my action plan to which I can return when I feel that panic lurking in the dark.
The past few days I had to finish a project I had promised to participate in. It took way more time, than I had planned. With that one finished, there are no more obligations that distract me.
1.) Job-search
I've sent out several more applications. Next week there will be another job interview, I'm kind of training that job-interview-muscle again. - And write the next applications.
2.) Prepare to move (aka declutter)
Sorting through bits and pieces and today I rearranged my living room, it looks a bit better.
3.) Move, move, move (aka exercise and walk)
A little bit, could have been more.
4.) Eat healthy (water and freggies)
Water/tea: ok
Freggies: ok
5.) Enjoy life
When walking with open eyes, beautiful things can be found.
Yesterday it was raining and cold. While walking I passed a tree and beneath the tree due to the water pouring down a puddle had formed. A bunch of pigeons had gathered around the puddle. And while one was bathing in the water the others stood around the puddle, forming a circle, watching and waiting for their turn to bath. It was a hilarious sight, I had to laugh out loud and had to smile for quite a while.
