Drink a glass of water, put some music on and simply start dancing until you get motivated. That is what I did today. I drank water, then put music on and danced alone in my room. Then I started using my stepper, then my steps in the house, then the steps outside my house then I ran for 28 minutes outside. At first didn't know what music would motivate me today so I switched around stations until I found one. Any cardio is better then none! Just moving and dancing raised my heart rate. So put the music on!
