Got up this morning planning on exercising. Didn't have to go to work early so I sat around playing games on my computer for a little longer then I should. Before I new it I didn't feel good. I felt unmotivated, depressed, maybe hungry even though I just ate something. My normal instinct would to fix it in some negative way. I would be lost. But instead I thought about it and asked myself questions like how can I be hungry when I just ate something? So instead I decided to try some glasses of water. It worked it lifted my mood about 60 to 70 percent. I am not as depressed and I am more motivated. Dehydration is a big culprit in our moods! So drink some emoticon water!

    Oftentimes thirst can be mistaken for hunger...and I often reach for the salty treats, which doesn't help the thirst at all! Great reminder!
