I have been in a rut for a while. I keep starting something, but only doing it once or twice and giving up. Someone reached out to me a couple of weeks ago just out of the blue. He sent me a text message letting me know that he was getting ready to start his Choose2Lose program again and asked if I was interested. I was definitely interested. I was a little apprehensive because so much has changed in my life. When I first did his program (3 times from 2008-2009), I had nothing to stop me from doing it because I was free. Now I am married, which wouldn't keep me from doing the program. I also have a son who is under 2. The challenge is that my husband recently began working out of town so it's almost like I'm a single parent. I don't want to have to rely on my sister who has her own child, etc. Thankfully on Mondays my husband teleworks and can pick him up from daycare and on Thursdays my sister said she'll pick him up for me. It's good to have people to support you. I will just utilize my wellness time during the week to get in extra workouts. I already realize that I won't be making the extra group workouts they have during the week, but the two regular group workouts have been so difficult, but I feel so good after doing them.
