More weights!

I had my second session with my personal trainer today. I thought he was trying to kill me LOL. We managed to work my legs and my abs to the point where they didn't want to work any more... there's nothing more sad than trying to do a sit-up and your abs simply refusing. :)

I also ran 2 miles to warm up and get some cardio done before our session.

I know I'm going to hurt tomorrow, but it's all to benefit my body and my health. I can put up with some discomfort for that. :)
