New motivation

I need to find a new motivation. Nothing seems to be working for me. I was hoping to lose at least 20 pounds before my trip to Cambodia. I just got back and I am only down 5 pounds. Granted that is still a lose but it needs to be a higher number with how long I have been trying to loose wait. I have another trip coming up in 37 days. My boyfriend just suprised me with a trip to Las Vegas in March. I want to be under 180 closer to the 160s by the time we leave because it is a special trip. It is our 2nd anniversary and he has never seen me under 170 pounds. It has to happen soon. I know it is a lot to lose but I really want to be at 170 by then. 18 pounds down in 37 days is roughly half a pound a day or roughly 3.5 pounds a week. I know I can do it. Just need to find the motivation to push for it.
