A new chapter...

So, I'm struggling to exercise. Hard. I keep telling myself I'll do just 10 minutes, but I get distracted and busy and skip it. I end up on the couch snuggling with my loves and deciding that's more important. Tonight I am not promising to exercise. Tonight I am promising to move my bike back to my living room. It was moved to make room for a Christmas tree that has been down nearly a month. It is time to put it back where it belongs. I feel like once I get this done it will be far easier to get back into my regular routine.

One thing that is terribly exciting to me is that my boyfriend is more than willing to walk with me. I think we are going to be really good for each other if we can just get started. I'm definitely counting down to spring when we can get outside easier. He loves to hike so I'm definitely looking forward to that.

    I think it is great that you already a new BF in your life. That didn't take too long. But just a little warning…be sure this isn't a rebound relationship. That type can turn into a very difficult companionship.

    I'm also counting the days until spring. It makes moving and getting out SO much better where we are! Moving your bike is an excellent start, and don't be too hard on yourself. When it warms up, make sure you are moving more, and eating better. You don't have to be perfect, you don't even have to be thinner. But it would be good for you to be healthy and strong!

    It is so good that you have your patner to give you strength. My husband is also going to go walking with me. It means alot to have that special person at our side to give us the push that we need. emoticon

    I have the same problem, i tell myself i am going to work out then something comes up then I brush it aside then say I will do it later, later comes and I still don't!!! I want soring to come ao at least i can go out and walk... Good luck
