One Month Strong (Day 26)

It was December 26th that I started this journey to get healthier, and I just realized that it has been one month since I recommitted to my health (mental, emotional and physical).

I am happy that things are still going strong and I am still sticking to routine. We had a snow storm from Friday - Sunday that derailed my physical activity just a little, but I did 2 hours of snow shoveling on Sunday (ouch my back) and got back into routine on Monday. Things are definitely going better... I continue to add more and more healthy food into my diet and no longer crave the crap.

I am 9.9 lbs down since Dec 26th and my fitness goals are still on track.

Relay Miles - 56 miles out of 504 miles (Average of 42/month to meet goal required)
Step Miles - 143 miles out of 2016 miles (Average of 168 miles/month to meet goal required)
