day 1 wasn't so successf but I still ate a lot less calories than I have been eating on previous days so I am giving myself am atta girl for that at least. Though in part I feel like a bit of a failure for eating way too many Girl Scout cookies that was the worst thing I ate yesterday. Hoping for. Better day today. I can do this! Almost gym time!
