Below is my 14 day challenge that begins today.
Step 1: Identify your most difficult to accomplish health goal that you want to achieve in 2016.
*I would like to get out of the obese weight range. Roughly 35 lbs loss to do so.
Step 2: List the things in your life that make achieving your goal in Step 1 difficult.
*Not planning ahead for meals. Also I love sugar, need to stay on track with good eating habits.
Step 3: Each day during the challenge list what strategies or steps you took to reach your Step 1 goal.
Step 4: Write a blog about your 14 Day Focus Challenge Bonus Round. State all the Steps in the challenge in your blog as well as your most successful strategies to achieving your goal during the 14 days. Also state what you learned from the challenge.
Step 5 - BONUS ROUND GOAL: Choose a bonus goal that supports your goal in Step 1. (ie - Step 1: increasing your exercise....Bonus goal: Increase my current water intake by 10ozs). (Bonus Round Goal worth 1 pt/day achieved)
*drink more water and stay away from sugar. Plan and then stick with the plan!
Today is Day 1 and it's 8 am and so far, so good.
My weight issues will never be due to a lack of exercise. It's ALWAYS about food, so my concentration will be on planning and sticking with my planned menu. I KNOW I can, the question is... WILL I?
I'm drinking my awesome homemade guilt free mocha this morning and later I'll try a atkins breakfast taco. Lunch is a atkins meal and my afternoon snack is a qwest bar with hot tea. Dinner is Salmon Patties. Inbetween all that food, I need to fit in plenty of water.
