Some progress - and a sunny picture.

Monday, January 25, 2016

Since I got serious again here on Spark - approximately two weeks ago - I have dropped 4 pounds - always a boost. I'm gettting back into the exercise groove although, frankly, it's hard but I've already complained quite enough about how hard I find it. Suffice it to say - I'm doing it and I feel better for it.
Was up bright and early this morning to be greeted by the sunrise which I posted on my feed, got my Yoga over and done plus a quick workout and went out as quickly as possible drawn by the bright sunshine. It's really mild here today and really beautiful too. I'm lucky to be so close to the sea and - was greeted by the altogether unseasonal sight of the sun on the sea at the edge of the beach. Such a great way to start the day.

Have a happy day everyone.

I wish we lived closer to the sea but I love MN. So many parks and lakes. I'm good you are keeping up with your yoga.

Sonia loved the picture and I totally agree it lifts the spirits to be out in such good weather today. Brilliant sun here, just very windy- I presume coz that storm that hit the states is making it's way over.
Make the most of it babe and I'm pleased for you that the pounds are falling away too emoticon
