Keeping accountable and tracking progress

-So I took some diagnostic fitness tests to see where I'm at so I can have a baseline for tracking my goals. I did the 1-mile walking test (which may have been over 1 mile, but as long as I do the same next time, it will still monitor my progress) and got a 17:43 which at my gender and age puts me at "Fair" - meh. The crunch test I did 37 in half a minute (my time keeper messed up) so I figure maybe 60/min as they seemed easy to me and that gave me an "Excellent". I also completed the push-up test to get 27 or "Good". Then I about killed myself on the 3-minute step test. with a 90 pulse which translates to "Good" but I sure didn't feel that way! emoticon
-Anyhow, I will try to repeat the tests again in two weeks (Feb 6th) and at four weeks (Feb 20th) and see what happens. emoticon
-I also joined a physical (Find 30) challenge and a food (Fit and Fiber-Full) challenge to help keep me on track and motivated. emoticon

    Looking forward here too. I find ste poo s the hardest. Trying to add 5 more minus today and then again Wednesday! Good luck!
