I've lost 1/2 a pound in the last month...but two inches almost every where.

This would be fine, if I was exercising and building muscle, but I'm not exercising at all (other than running around, doing my job).

Bodies are weird things.

    Absolutely true. Science has so much more to learn about metabolism and nutrition! I'll take a smaller pants size over a lower number on the scale every time!

    Tell me that it makes any sense that the higher percentage of fat I eat the lower my body fat? I lose best at 75-80% fat intake. Well, there's science behind it, but it is really, really counter-intuitive!

    We often hear that the scale is "just a number" that can fluctuate for a lot of reasons.
    So are our measurements. It's the trend that's important and your numbers are trending in the right direction.
