I did 50 min on the bicycles and went 6.19 miles! I did only 10 mins on the treadmill because my feet were hurting, but I'm gonna take a walk later this after noon! I'm at the drop in center and I missed breakfast cause I left the house without eating breakfast so I could go to the gym this morning! Can't wait for lunch! Omg!

    Good for you for sticking to it! Also good to rest your feet and cut things short if they're bothering you. Last thing you want is an injury or irritation in your feet :)
