I'm setting a goal for myself to be down 20 pounds by graduation on May 14. I have a hard time losing weight without a specific date or goal to work towards so this is it for me. Starting Monday I will work as hard also can to reach my goal and be the best I can be go change this crappy lifestyle I have led my fily into. Why not now you ask? I don't know. I have. Difficult time starting on the weekend I guess. Maybe just an excuse? I don't know. But anyway that is all for now.
