Been gone way too long.

HI my name is Michelle. I have let myself go and due to some life circumstances just stopped caring. But I bumped into someone at Petco and we started chatting. Of course I complained about my weight.
2 weeks later she calls and leaves a voicemail that she needs a workout buddy and wondered if I was interested.
Well, I am and want to set some goals in pounds by measurement of percentages. Like lose 5% of total body weight in 2 weeks. Then set another for the next 2 weeks and so on.

Does anyone have advice on that or know of a site that could provide guidance on realistic goals measured by %?
