Been raining all night ...

Quite a deluge too, we are talking drumming on my metal awnings, not a gentle pitter-patter. It was only 33 degrees this morning when hubby left for work and has now dropped to 32 so all this rain will be freezing. He says he will take vacation time and leave early before it gets too bad. Only half his work crew went in to work anyway, he said.

Well, the trouble with not having a scale that works, is not being able to weight myself. I need to do my measurements but can't find my tape measure HOWEVER I am definitely losing inches as my cotton house dress is getting looser. Added to which, when lying down, there's a lot less solid stuff in my belly roll! So I know I am losing. I have been keeping to my daily limits all the while, so expect nothing less.

Hubby and I have both been becoming more AWARE of what we are putting in our mouths, and are noticing small changes, all good!
