I've been eating fairly decent since January 1st. Gave up alcohol which is HUGE for me. I was a big wine drinker. It's how I like to relax at the end of the day. I noticed a few pounds gone in just making that switch from wine to tea alone. It's been going good there. Trying to stay away from pasta unless its portioned out right. ( I have a tendency to go overboard on that) Staying away from bread for the most part.
I am not doing low carb this time around. It is not sustainable or practical for me. I am happier with some grains in my life.
I'm glad that I'm back at sparking. It really does help me stay accountable and see where I am at.
