On Friday and Saturday I got a combined total step goal on my Fitbit of 982! Yikes! That means that I barely moved at all on those two days.
Not acceptable. So I made a promise, to myself, that I would get a minimum of 5k steps a day this week. I never make a promise I won't keep, not even to myself.
So far, I have hit 5,578; 7,789 and 8,862 steps since Sunday. I am shooting for 10k a day. However, I am very pleased with my progress so far.
It doesn't matter what you do for exercise. What matters is that you do something.
