Sometimes my back hurts when I wake up...

I have noticed when I work out(lift weights) consistently, this happens less often, and is less severe when it does happen.

    Do you need to change your routine or your technique? You might want to check with one of the coaches at your gym or here on Spark People!

    It could be a symptom of other problems too - if it keeps up you might need to check with your doctor.
