Staying on Track

What is keeping me on staying on track to take the pounds off - I just look in the mirror and I do not like what I see. I do not like how I feel. I tell myself, do you want to continue being like this? If not, then stay on track and continue to exercise and try to go for healthy choices. I am really trying hard! One day at a time!
