UNCONVENTIONAL ME

OK. SOME OF YOU AREN'T GOING TO AGREE WITH MY BLOG...MOST OF YOU IN FACT. I'VE MANAGED TO KEEP MY WEIGHT DOWN BUT I'M JUST DOING THINGS MY WAY....THE WAY MY BODY IS HAPPY HA HA.
I BASICALLY EAT ONE MEAL A DAY. WE EAT OUT A LOT AS WE ARE RETIRED. THIS MEAL IS MY MAIN MEAL, NO MATTER WHAT I ORDER. SOMETIMES ITS JUST SOUP AND A SANDWICH OR SOMETIMES A BIG MEAL. I HAVE 1 CUP OF COFFEE IN THE MORNING AND MY "OTHER" MEAL IS JUST SOMETHING LIGHT...YOGURT, COOKIES, PUDDING,CHEESE FRUIT...WHATEVER. I HAVE 1 COKE A DAY OR OVER 2 DAYS... I DON'T DRINK WATER!!! I MAY HAVE A YOGURT FOR BREAKFAST BUT IT'S USUALLY JUST THE COFFEE. ONCE A WEEK, I'LL HAVE A BIG BREAKFAST OF EGGS, BACON AND TOAST. I WILL DRINK TEA ALSO WHEN i'M THIRSTY.
OK...I LIKE CHOCOLATE AND CANDY AND I HAVE A LITTLE EVERY DAY. IN THE EVENING, I USUALLY LIKE TO HAVE A SNACK...A FEW COOKIES, CRACKERS, CHEESE, ICECREAM, EVEN A FEW CHIPS BUT THEY WOULD FIT IN THE PALM OF MY HAND.(NOT ALL OF THESE AT ONCE!)
I STILL JUMP ON MY TRAMPOLINE FOR 20 MINUTES A DAY..BUT I'M ALMOST 70, SO SOME DAYS I CHEAT! MY BODY DOES NOT LIKE TO BE A SIZE 2 OR 3. IT IS HAPPY AT 10-14 AND I FEEL GOOD!! SO, NOW I DON'T DRIVE MYSELF CRAZY ABOUT WHAT I'M GOING TO EAT ALL DAY AND HOW I'LL EXERCISE THAT DAY. I JUST TRY TO USE MODERATION AND IF I'M A GOOD GIRL THAT DAY, I'LL EAT SOMETHING HEALTHY AND PAT MYSELF ON THE BACK HA HA.
