2016 Goal Adjustments???

I never did get to my goal of 205lb back squat as I have been dealing with injuries most of 2015. My right knee, my left thigh, my pec, my elbows. I think my body was trying to tell me something. So I have not pushed it. I still do what I can and I'm still able to go heavy at times, but just not PR type of heavy for squats. On a good note, I got a PR on my bench press last week, I pressed 105 - 5 reps! I probably could have tried 115 but I didn't want to bother someone to spot me. Next time. The funny thing is that I hadn't been doing bench pressing regularly - but I have been doing a lot of push-ups quite regularly, I guess that helped. I need to eat better on the weekends and I know I'll get back down to 135 soon and who knows, maybe I'll finally get to 125 this year!
