So, even though I'm struggling to stay motivated, and weight loss is proving to be most difficult for me, I am DETERMINED that I will drop some of this extra weight before summer!! I WILL NOT BE DEFEATED!!!

    Smaller portions, hitting all the food groups, and nutrients that I need. As well as my 21 day fix which should be here tomorrow!!!

    I did low carb awhile back, now I struggle .... Every time I eat rice, pasta, carbs in general.... It seems that I gain 2 lbs right of the bat!!! No matter how small the carb portion is. Now I'm trying to do a completely balanced diet.....
