Les Mills on Demand

Monday, January 18, 2016

I don't know if there are any fans out there of the Les Mills workout series. I love their Pump workouts and I've always wanted to try out Combat. Well now they've got workouts on demand for $12 a month which I think is so cool. I think there is a free 10 day trail too.

Still waiting on my gallbladder results.

I'm thinking of taking a job and dropping my son off a couple days a week with someone who keeps children locally. I can't get him to preschool because he isn't potty trained and I am not sure I want to do full-time daycare. I just want a part-time job so I can be with him part of the week and then have him around other kids for the other part of the week. Its so hard. I get paranoid leaving my baby but school is going to start eventually and I'm going to have to face it. I've been with him all four years though and I could easily see myself home schooling him just to keep him home with me but I don't think that would do either of us any good.

I think it is good to have your son interact with other kids! They learn to share and they learn very important traits that carry over even into adulthood and when they get a job! You have to be able to interact with others and socialize! it's hard I'm very sure, but see if he likes it!

I hope you get the results soon.

Our job as mothers is a really hard one. We have to keep them safe while still allowing them opportunities to grow eventually into independent mature adults. It requires balance and it's not always easy to figure out what to do. You are an intelligent woman though and know your child best and I think you are on the right track. I totally agree with what you had to say. I don't I think I understood when I became a mother that my job would ultimately be about gradually letting him go but that really is what is is all about. It's difficult but rewarding too as you will see him discover his own talents, make new friends, become important to others, become independent and self sufficient. It will benefit you too as you will regain some of your independence that you have lost as preschool schools children kind of eat up all of mom's time. emoticon
