As of yesterday we are 54.8% thru the month.

Cardio minutes: 178/400 (44.5% complete)
Plank seconds: 450/1500 (30% complete)
Classes: 3/10 (30% complete)
Stretching minutes: 43/140 (30.7% complete)
Green Smoothies: 4/10 (40% complete)

I was able to make it to another kickboxing class on Friday. Fitbit says I burned 500 calories in 53 minutes! emoticon I did not work out at all this weekend. And tonight I'm exhausted but REALLY want to work to be a contender to win the Workweek Hustle challenge I'm in this week on FitBit. There is 1 person who always kills the rest of us... One of these weeks I'm going to win!!! I'm not really sure I've got it in me to do 6+ miles on the treadmill tonight, but I am about 12k steps behind first place already. Maybe I'll be more successful on the AMT machine than the treadmill. OR... perhaps I need to start on the treadmill and see if my feet hurt. If they do I'll move to the AMT.

UGH, I'm just frustrated right now. I'm so tired and I'm irritable and I just don't want to do anything. On the plus side, if I go to the gym it will delay the argument that is waiting for me at home.... Maybe I just need to stay on the treadmill all night. emoticon
