3 good things that have happened to me this week?

1. I lost another 1lbs and 3.5 inches off my body.
2. Successfully did all my exercise programs so far.
3. Stayed motivated and focused on eating healthy with portion control on the 21 day fix.
I'm on day 19 of the 21 day fix. 2 more days before I move on to round 2. So far I've lost 5lbs and 20 inches off my waist! Woohoo!
