Day 17

So far today I have been finding myself. I did get out for a little today for some breakfast with the kids and boyfriend then to the grocery store. I raced back home to where I know I'm comfortable at and have just been hanging out here. I love to be at home enjoying my own company. I don't know when I started that but I just want to be with myself. I have had a lot of thoughts today and realizing where I want to be and what I want to acconplish, both short and long term. I think it's important not only for myself but others to know what they want in life. I've always been a planner even if it bothers others but I won't stop. It makes me feel better, I'm not saying I can't be a spontaneous person either because with 4 kids I most certainly am. This week the goals I have set for myself are: 1. Be active 2. Eat within range 3. Love myself 4. Work on 1 short term goal
