Learning so much about my thyroid and other health issues.

Sunday, January 17, 2016

I have been on a journey to understand my thyroid issues and came across the STTM (Stop the Thyroid Madness) site, bought the book, joined the forums etc... I can not believe how much information I have learned about proper nutrition, proper supplementation, other issues that must be solved in conjunction with my thyroid issues. It is all connected and by only trying to treat the one thing I have gotten sicker and sicker and sicker.. Learning so much and so filled with hope for answers.

My addictive personality is eating this knowledge up, I can't stop reading the info. I love to learn so this is exciting.I just posted about a new naturopath I saw today in Renton. You can read about it in ftpo group. I'm very hopeful. If your still interested in a new dr.

Excellent site, and also a little overwhelming at times! I also found this ebook by Chris Kresser to be very helpful in simplifying a few things:

You have to sign up for his email list to get it for free, but you can always unsubscribe. He's not terribly pushy, sends a weekly newsletter mostly.

I'm also glad you found the site and agree that some addictions actually fuel our journey toward good health.
