Sticking with it

My weight loss has been nothing like I anticipated here lately. I've been exercising more and eating better, but the scale just isn't cooperating. I switched to morning exercise. Hopefully, that will make a difference. I know I'm not supposed to compare myself to others, but my weight just doesn't seem to come off as fast as others. I have slacked on the resistance training. Perhaps that's a factor. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
