Trying to stay on track- and focused

So my current goal is to lose 10 more pounds by the start of Lent, which is March 14th. I think this is a realistic goal, if I could get my eating more in line. I have been cheating way too many days per week and overeating at night when I get cravings. I'm great during the day-- it's after about 9 that I get just famished. I've bumped back my dinner time to 7:30 or 8 pm so that I go to bed relatively full. I'm also trying to cut down on the amount of sweets I'm eating. I have such a sweet tooth that I know that I can't cut them out completely. Even during Lent I have my little dark chocolates to go to! But I need to cut back on just eating one cookie a night instead of two, just to keep my calories down, and I need to learn to savor that one cookie rather than gobble it.
The current thing that is holding me back is school. I am taking some online courses to improve my resume so that I can get a better job next school year. Some weeks I find that I have little work to do and I only have to work an hour or two a day to complete everything. Other weeks I'm finding that I have to work 3-5 hours per day to keep up. I am coming up on my last week of my first class, and I finished my work early for this week so I can start the final giant project a few days early. I know I will be very busy with school over the next week, and I start into my second class the day after the first class ends, which is stressful. I also have a workshop to attend next week and some other personal things going on. I'm wondering how I'm going to find time to exercise in all of this! I know I won't be able to exercise again until probably next Wednesday, but I do need to make the effort to do a 20 minute workout video tomorrow, Monday, and Tuesday just to keep myself going. It's going to be a really tough week, but I will try my best to exercise through it.
