Height: 5' 5.5"
Weight: 181.2 lbs.
Total Inches: 211.5 (includes bust, waist, hips, right thigh, left thigh, right arm, left arm, and neck)
My Goal: Lose 25 lbs., I believe this is doable.
October 13th: 177.2 (lost 4 lbs)
November 13th: 173.0 (lost 4.2 lbs)
December 13th: 172.4 (lost 0.6 lbs)
January 13th: 172.8 (+0.4)
I'm posting this blog to hold myself accountable not only to myself and my goals but also to my many SparkPeople friends/family/teammates who have been there for me with support, motivation, and encouragement.
UPDATE: I am not where I thought I would be at this time. I've had a rough month at work and home and allowed emotional eating and too many snacks (a little of this, a little of that) become so much more then it should have. I've allowed food to take precedence over my goals and health.
Now it's time to get back on track...no track isn't the right word. When I think of a track I think of going around in circles and not making any progress.
Moving forward I will:
Watch my portion sizes
Drink 6 to 8 glasses of water per day
Do cardio 3x per week
Do ST 2x per week
Track my food and exercise in a written journal every day
Check in with my teams on SparkPeople a minimum of 3x per week (this has been difficult for me to do, sometimes i totally forget to check in when work and home commitments become stressful)
Have at least 30 minutes of "ME TIME" per day
