Worst Yoga Class EVER!

Well, I made it to my second class of the year. I went to yoga after getting off work last night and it was terrible. But it was my own dang fault. I couldn't get out of my own head, and I felt so weak because it's been so long since I've been to a yoga class. I was feeling fat and looking in the mirror while doing those poses didn't help. But I made it and I'm proud of myself for that. I also got in 15 minutes of walking before the class. My feet were bothering me, otherwise I was going to do short running intervals like I've been doing at home.
Anyway, here is my progress:
As of yesterday we are 45.1% thru the month.
Cardio minutes: 178/400 (44.5% complete)
Plank seconds: 450/1500 (30% complete)
Classes: 2/10 (20% complete)
Stretching minutes: 38/140 (27% complete)
Green Smoothies: 4/10 (40% complete)
I really need to hammer out some planks and some stretching, but I'm doing okay otherwise. As long as I keep to my class schedule that I wrote out for the month I should be okay. I'm thinking about adding a kickboxing class after work tonight, but I'm still sore from Tuesday's kickboxing class! So, maybe kickboxing, maybe yoga, maybe just cardio.
I've got a busy weekend and I don't normally work Fridays, but here I am... In the office for another long day. So I'm thrown off a little but still pushing forward!
