Good choices:
breakfast per plan
logged lunch ahead to know what was left for dinner calories
Resisted sweet craving

Bad Choices
Still went over on calories
Added dressing and multiple servings which made it even worse.

Good news is, weight still decreased so more good decisions today and i'll still be on track.
