Fitness Intentions 2016

I refused to call it New Year's Resolution.

The below are what I intended doing before 2016 runs out.

- Get to my goal weight and maybe more before 12/25/2016
-Wake up by 5am every morning to workout
- Do a monthly fitness challenge
- Write in my fitness journal everyday
- Do at least 10 minutes of exercise 6 days of the week
- 5:2 Diet Fast till maintenance
- Read the book "the Beck Diet Solution, train your brain to think like a thin person" - Mind over matter this year
- Try a new recipe made in a healthy way weekly
- Run 1 mile in 10 minutes

My Program goes thus for the first six months:

* January - #projectscaledown = 30 Day Greatist "Just Do Something"

* February - #walkingchallenge = 30 Days walking with Leslie Sansone

* March - #just30 = 30 minutes a day, 5x a week. I am working through all my exercise videos.

* April - #shredit = 30 Day Shred with Jillian Michaels

* May - #insanityme = 30 Days with Shaun T with Insanity Max

* June - #pumpthevolume = 30 Days with weights. Dumbbells, Barbells and Resistance Band. I am using ChaLean Extreme
