Moving on

So here I am doing my best on the exercise front thanks to helpful comments from all you wonderful Sparkies. SO encouraging and so much good advice. I always feel I should be doing a lot more than I do in a much more formal way but now I have calmed down I am taking on board the words of various of you telling me just to make sure there is plenty of movement in my day and to take care of my muscular strength. I wish I were a person who naturally wants to move around a lot and I certainly haven’t done myself any favours in life by choosing occupations and hobbies that require a lot of sitting – apart, that is, from gardening and a lot of creative DIY. I also love walking in good weather. Never as consistent as I'd like to be though. Currently – in the face of rain and cold - I am resolving to do some work on our very large flat – possibly a year of sprucing it up. That should keep me out of trouble!

    You will do it! If you break up 10 mins of exercise three times a day, you'll have completed 30 minutes. Can be anything .... emoticon

    Sonia you'll make the most of working on the flat and at the end of it 2 things will be accomplished.
    1) a renovated flat
    2) a fitter Sonia for all the hard work it entailed...........

    3) hopefully a few pounds shed for good emoticon
