Progress and changes in goals

Happy "hump" day! How is everyone's week going? Mine is going okay, I'm making some serious progress on some of my goals! I have, however, decided to remove my 30 DS from my goals. I realize I was being overly ambitious in thinking I could do that, plus cardio, plus classes. So, here is where I'm at:

As of yesterday we are 38.7% thru the month.

Cardio minutes: 163/400 (40.75% complete)
Plank seconds: 450/1500 (30% complete)
Classes: 1/10 (10% complete)
Stretching minutes: 38/140 (27% complete)
Green Smoothies: 4/10 (40% complete)

I went to Kickboxing for the first time yesterday - KILLED me! I am so sore! But I will be going back next week! I've written out a schedule for the rest of the month and it includes 11 more classes, so I can miss 2 and still be good for the month. 1 class will depend on whether or not the Seahawks are still in the playoffs and when the game is. That totally takes priority! emoticon emoticon It'll still be a stretch to make all of those classes, but it is possible.

Tonight I am going to hop on the treadmill at home and maybe a yoga video to count as my stretching. I'm going to aim to go to yoga after my long day at work tomorrow. Hopefully my muscles will have recovered by then!
