It's shocking to see how far out of the fitness habit I had gotten. Using the SparkPeople app, I'm getting reminders all the time for this and that... But I still managed 0 fitness minutes yesterday.... Shocked the heck out of me when I realized this morning....

    Do 10 Wall Push-ups and know you have done SOME exercise for the day. It is so much better than zero.
