Making myself a new tool. Each evening, I am going to journal a list of good choices and bad. Two benefits. One, I may think twice knowing I will have to own up to it. Two, if I didn't catch that I made a bad choice at the time, I will find it at the end of the day when I journal.
Good choices:
Only veggies, no cheese or sour cream with chili.
Logged food.
Wings instead of meatballs leftovers for dinner.
Bad choices:
Bleu cheese with wings added too many calories.
