Still hanging in there!

Progress report for this month:

As of yesterday we are 32.25% thru the month.

Cardio minutes: 110/400 (27.5% complete)
30 DS: 0/12 (0% complete)
Plank seconds: 300/1500 (20% complete)
Classes: 0/10 (0% complete)
Stretching minutes: 27/140 (19.28% complete)
Green Smoothies: 2/10 (20% complete)

Obviously the 30 DS and classes are NOT where they need to be! I am pretty sure I will not complete either of those, but I'll still try. I aim to go to my SPOGA class tomorrow and will have a green smoothie after, so that's 2 more marks. I think I'll also do some cardio right after the class. If the hubs and I aren't doing anything tomorrow night I'll think about trying to get in a 30DS as well. I also need to do cardio tonight when I get home.

Nutrition is still going pretty well. We were a little less strict over the weekend while we had the kids, but still made better decisions. Hubs made some chicken and dumpling soup, which I love for watching calories. I didn't grab any this morning as I was running out of the house so I can't wait to get home and have some for dinner!

Anyway, I've got some time to make up for, I'm just falling behind!! Hopefully by the end of this week I'll have my cardio min where they need to be, smoothies, stretching, and planks as well.
