Goals for fresh start in 2016

SInce I've been recouperating from my accident a few months ago, my weight had crept up til 183.9 as of December 3. So my goal this month was initially to drop 4#s in January since that is a reasonable amount with my diabetes making it difficult to drop weight. Well then, I'm on my way already ----to date I've lost down to 170.0 So at this point, I'm altering my goal to drop 6 #s total which will put me at 177.9.
My goals for January are:
*Continue my daily water intake of 10 cups daily
*Focus on 5-6 servings of FREGGIES daily
*Strive for 8 hours of sleep each night
*Monitoring my BS more closely, checking 2-3 times daily
*Adding walks in my day, will start with short 10 minute sessions & build up from there
*Continue my PT which includes a workout on the recumbent bike & knee strengthening exercises
*Lose from 183.9 to 177.9
Time to get on track to finish out 2016.
