-I consumed 9,900 calories this week, which averages 1415 calories per day. I met my caloric goals 7/7 days this week! This is the most controlled diet week I've had in a long time!
-I earned 495 fitness minutes this week, and I burned 3,960 calories!
-Including exercise, I averaged 850 net calories a day, which is just under target!
-I lost one pound this week! (Or 0.8 if you want to be exact). I now weigh 161. When I get back to 159, I will have undone all the holiday damage.
This weekend, from Friday through Tuesday, I will be across the country in Seattle for my brother's wedding! I'm not sure what the food or exercise situation is, but it's probably a good sign that I'm already concerned about it. I will try to check in when I get a chance!
