Last year I did big goals. However, it was discouraging because I never felt like I was able to reach any of my goals.
So for this year I am going to use short term goals. I am trying to be down 8 pounds my March 1. And then I will evaluate and see what my next two month goal will be.
I want to be able to wear any size 18 by this summer. My clothing sizing has been reduced greatly from last January.
I also want to be able to consistently lift 10 pounds no matter what exercise it is. Right now I flucturate between 5 pounds and 10 pounds depending on the exercise.
A major goal would be able to run 10K by June with no time limit. Then the next goal would be a time limit.
I am excited for this year and for the changes it will hold for me.
