I went to the market this morning and to my delight, they had fresh cherries, one of my favorite. They are on the shelf in the frig with my apple slices. Each night I put 4 16.9 oz bottles of water in the frig for the next day. I found that this way I know that I drink the minimum amount each day. Our water has too much floride and I do not like the taste. I keep at least 6 of these waters in the back of my car. When I am running errands, etc. I open a bottle to sip on. I added a slice of cucumber to two of the bottles last night. This makes the water taste very refreshing. I keep fresh lemons and limes to add to my water. I do not drink sodas, but I do drink tea and coffee. I love my green tea and I have been sipping on a large cup of that each morning with fresh lemon or lime.

If I want to nibble, I just reach to my special space in the frig, grab a few cut apple slices with a small spoonful of peanut butter. Now I have cherries for my evening snack. I also have sliced up cucumbers and celery sticks plain yogart within reach. With all this available to me I am not tempted by chips or cookies.
