New Year = New goals

My focus in this order for 2016 are:

Jan - continue to learn about my Thyroid and Adrenal issues
Jan - Eliminate foods through the AIP to determine which are triggers for inflammation
Feb - Start working out again
March - Appoint with new NP for help with Thyroid and Adrenal (appnt is end of march)
by end of 2016 be done with all three surgeries I need with targets of April, July and November for the dates.

    AIP is the autoimmune protocol. It is to eliminate foods that tend to cause inflammation (grains, dairy, soy, legumes, nightshade, nuts, etc) then add back in to see what is a trigger. For example wheat is inflammatory for just about everyone but dairy affects some but not all so you add back in to see what your body responds too.
