Happy Saturday!!

Today has been a pretty good day! I got up and went to water aerobics. I love it and haven't been in a few weeks. I need to get back into a routine there. I feel so much better after I go. After water aerobics, we took the kiddos to the Natural History Museum and then out to a late lunch/early dinner. I ate healthy all day and only ate part of my meal at the restaurant. When we got home, I realized that I still needed to get 2500 more steps to get to my goal of 10k. So, I got my butt on the treadmill and walked 2.5 miles. I really wanted to run, but today is a rest day, so I didn't force myself.

All in all, I did really well so I am excited. I just need to keep it up and not give up after a week or two!

    Congratulations on getting in so much walking and water aerobics! And the kids even benefitted from their trip to the Natural History Museum. There are so many signs here that you're radically changing your life for the healthier! emoticon
