My DAILY JANUARY CHALLENGES

1... emoticon HEALTHY BREAKFAST

2... emoticon HEALTHY LUNCH

3... emoticon READ DAILY

4... emoticon HEAD ON PILLOW BY 9 pm

5... emoticon LOG ON SPARK DAILY

6... emoticon VISIT TEAMS DAILY

These all may seem insignificant to my family but they will be instrumental in refocusing my mind and habits toward my goal of a healthier, saner and slimmer me.

    Yes.. We all need to get back to a better way of eating.. We live in a Fast Food World.. I remember at this time.. and I still cook three meals a day and usually have more than enough to go around.. I choose to pack soups and stews in Freezer Bags and date for later and if way over I go to the park with small containers and give it to those who can use it.. Good one...
