Whole 30- Day 2

The first day wasn't bad. I had yummy food and felt satisfied.

Now on day 2 I woke up with a headache. Not sure if this is from sleeping wrong or if I'm starting to detox all the sugar I had over the holidays. I hope I don't have one tomorrow.

Here's what I ate today:

Breakfast-
Some grapes
1 egg over easy with sauteed leftover broccoli from last night's dinner cooked in olive oil with himalayan pink salt and pepper and 1 and half pieces of bacon

Lunch-
1 Tomato, half of a cucumber, black olives with himalayan pink salt and pepper and 1 and half pieces of bacon

Smoothie
Water, spinach, banana, strawberries

Snack-
I made kale chips for the first time and they came out really, really yummy! Will definitely be making them again.

Dinner-
Spaghetti squash with homemade meat sauce

Overall pretty satisfying day. Not craving anything, yet, it's only day 2.

    Hey there... Headaches happen in that first week because you're detoxing, but once you past day 10 or so it's smooth sailing. And don't forget to throw some data in there! They help with the headaches and energy! Enjoy!
